Here’s how it works:
- Apply to local jobs in your area within your specialty.
- Onboard and get cleared for any jobs that suit your requirements.
- Provide availability and select shifts that fit your schedule. You will be instantly alerted when clients post new local shifts that fit your availability.
- Take a shift – Before the shift you’ll be able to review the requirements and show up to meet the needs of the client. After the shift, you will have the opportunity to rate the facility and the unit.
- Get paid – After the shift, the manager will confirm your hours and your W-2 wages will be deposited for you either weekly or on the next day.
It’s as easy as that!
